I Could Not Be Happier
I was stopped for speeding. The officer said he smelled alcohol and asked me if I had been drinking. I did not want to lie, so I told him, yes, I had a drink earlier but felt fine. The officer told me to get out of the car and after taking a breath test, and being told I blew a .11, I was arrested for DUI. I was so worried, I did not know what to do now. Thankfully. I called David Jones.
Mr. Jones explained the whole process to me and alleviated my fears. He reviewed the evidence, negotiated with the DA and judge and got me a wet reckless. No jail, no work program, no community service, no long DUI school. I could not be happier! Thank you Mr. Jones!
