First Offense DUI:

  • Felony charges
  • License suspension for up to 4 years

  • 6 months up to 3 years of imprisonment in state prison

 Additionally, the following factors may result in enhanced penalties:

  • A Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of .15% or greater
  • Prior DUI convictions
  • Causing an accident resulting in injury or death
  • A minor under the age of 14 in the car at the time of the offense
  • Speeding at the time of the offense
