Client was parked in his car and fell asleep, police contacted him, smelled alcohol, and arrested him for DUI. We had a DMV hearing and argued the officer had not seen the client driving the car. The DMV hearing officer ruled against us and suspended the clients license for four months. We appealed the decision, again arguing that the police had not witness the client drive his car. The appeals division agreed with us and overturned the decision. The client got his license back!
