Mr. Jones was able to secure a dismissal of the case alleging intentional assault with an automobile.  The police believed this was a case of “road rage” and claimed our client intentionally crashed his car into the victim's car and then brandished a handgun when confronted by the victim.  Mr. Jones obtained the statements of alibi witnesses to show that the client was a t a family BBQ at the time of the incident and enlisted the help of an expert witness, who was a retired CHP officer, and convinced the Deputy District Attorney, that our clients car had not been in any type of collision let alone a collision so significant as to cause the major damage to the victim's car.  The District Attorney dismissed the entire case against our client.
