Visalia DUI Case Dismissed
April 2018
Our client was stopped by CHP because his car did not have a front license plate. When the officer was talking to our client, he thought he smelled alcohol. The officer had the client perform field sobriety tests and a breath test. The client blew a .06, which is below the legal limit but the officer arrested him for DUI anyway. The officer also charged the client with driving without a license even though he had a temporary license and had shown it to the CHP officer.
The client had a commercial license, the arrest put his commercial license in danger of being revoked for a year which would have cause him to lose his job.
In court, Mr. Jones was able to get the entire case dismissed. The client's commercial license and job were saved.
