Our client was facing a felony DUI because it involved an accident with injuries.  The client also had 3 prior misdemeanor DUI's and was on probation at the time of the new offense.

The client contacted our office immediately after she was arrested and got us involved in the case early.  As a result we got her involved in an alcohol program and weekly AA meetings, which to her credit she attended and completed.

Through hard work and negotiations with the District Attorney and the judge, we were successful in getting the client probation.  As a result, the client was able to stay out of prison, keep her job and get her life back on track.
