Mr. Jones was able to secure a dismissal of complaint alleging fraud and grand involving the California State Teachers' Retirement System brought by the State Attorney General. Mr. Jones convinced the Deputy District Attorney, assigned to the case, that the co-defendant was solely responsible for the theft of over $400,000. The Attorney General dismissed the entire case against our client.
